Performing Arts Administration Consulting Specialist

Specialized Operations, Financial Management & Institutional Grant Strategy

Fractional company management for dance and performing arts nonprofits — built on three-plus years running full company operations at Eryc Taylor Dance.

About the Work

For three-plus years, I have project-managed and organized a professional dance company — budgets, board operations, invoicing, marketing, and grants. The epitome of this work was as Lead Administrator/Company Manager at Eryc Taylor Dance. I now bring that same operational structure to other performing arts nonprofits.

About Savannah

Savannah Gaillard is a movement artist and web designer from Virginia. She received her BFA in Dance and a minor in Public Health from NYU Tisch.

Savannah was the Lead Administrator and Company Manager for NYC-based, non-profit dance company Eryc Taylor Dance (ETD) from 2022 to 2025. She managed and aided in ETD’s production of Factory|Refractory, New Choreographer Grant Concerts (2023, 2024, and 2025), and the Fall Forward Dance Workshop.

Savannah brings a minimalist approach to web design. For artists, a website is more than a portfolio–it’s a digital sanctuary for their work. My process is designed to honor your creative integrity through clean, intentional, and effortless navigation. Her current services include website refreshes and full website builds on Squarespace.
