Rochelle Jamila is a reproductive companion (doula), multidisciplinary performer, dance maker, yoga and meditation teacher, and folk herbalist. We conducted a website refresh to find visual cohesion between her multiple disciplines on her digital platform. The site features an updated color palette, refined typography, and custom graphic collages to bring a distinct feminine design energy to her performance and womb care pages.

The goal for the website refresh was to create a single digital platform that seamlessly houses her database of choreography (Making), performance work (Collaborations), womb care (Facilitations), and creative photography (Gallery). I reorganized the content into different top menu tabs to create an easeful user experience.
For the style and visual mood of the site, we pulled from images of shells, warm-toned flowers, water, and multi-toned gradients. Grid layouts for the performance work and gallery maintained user-friendly navigation.
